- ACCESS
We will provide you with access to the Website and the Service in accordance with the Conditions.
- REGISTRATION
- 2.1 You warrant, represent and undertake that the User Information which you are required to provide when you register as a User is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and you agree to notify us as soon as possible of any changes to the User Information by amending your User Information online by accessing the personal details section in the "My Account" area of the Website.
- 2.2 You will be required to select a username and password during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and are fully responsible for all activities which occur under them during your use of the Service
- 2.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your username or password or any other breach of security of which you become aware and we may change and notify you, your new username and/or password.
- 2.4 We reserve the right to decline any application from you to subscribe to the Service at our sole discretion and shall not be obliged to provide you with any reasons for so doing. In addition, we reserve the right to refund or withhold any balance on an account at our absolute discretion if suspicion or evidence of manipulation of our financial system or of your or another customer's account arises or if we have reasonable grounds for believing that you are using our service contrary to the purpose for which it was intended or committing any offence.
- 2.5 You agree not to impersonate any other person or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
- 2.6 If we become aware, or have reason to suspect that a transaction is suspicious and may involve money laundering or laundering of criminal, terrorist or drugs proceeds, then we reserve the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you and to report the transaction to the relevant regulatory authorities.

- 3.1 We respect the User Information and undertake to comply with applicable UK Data Protection legislation from time to time in force.

Back-up copies of essential information are taken regularly and facilities have been provided to ensure that the information can be recovered in the event of a disaster. Back-up arrangements are regularly tested to ensure that they meet the specific requirements of our business.

- 3.6 In the event that you do not wish to receive promotional e-mails from us, please send an e-mail to administraton@canbet.co.uk notifying us that you no longer wish to receive promotional e-mails from us.
- 3.7 You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your User Information and/or information concerning your activities whilst using the Service we shall do so. We also reserve the right to disclose individually identifiable Information to third parties where a complaint arises concerning your use of the Service, and that use is deemed by us inconsistent with these Conditions.

- ACCEPTABLE USE
You:
- 4.1 accept responsibility for any content or material that you upload to or transmit through the Service (including, but not limited to, your participation in any discussion forum);
- 4.2 agree to use the Service only in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, rules or codes of conduct and not for any illegal purpose;

- 4.5 agree not to use the Service in a way that may cause the Service to be interrupted, damaged, and rendered less efficient or impaired;
- 4.6 agree not to use the Service in any manner, which violates or infringes the rights of any person, firm or company (including, but not limited to, rights of intellectual property, rights of confidentiality or rights of privacy);
- 4.7 agree not to attempt any unauthorised access to any part or component of the Service;
- 4.8 agree that in the event that you have any right, claim or action against another User arising out of another User's use of the Service, then you will pursue such right, claim or action only against that User and independently of and without recourse to us.
- 4.9 Commercial use of our site and any of the Games is strictly forbidden. You are only allowed to place wagers on the Games for your own personal entertainment.
- 4.10 You fully accept that all computer instructions and responses sent over the Internet to and from us and/or through use of the Software will be binding on you.
- 4.11 It is each customer's responsibility to check that the laws in their State/Country concerning betting allow them to place wagers prior to registration and/or placing a bet with Football Global. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located: if so, you are not authorised to use your payment card to complete the transaction.
- OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to:
- 5.1 deny or suspend your access to the Service or any part of the Service if your use of the Service or that part is deemed by us abusive, excessive, or against the interests of other users of the Service or in breach of these Conditions;
- 5.2 refuse to process a bet or to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Service or the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any refusal to place a bet or for any modification to or withdrawal of the Service or the Website;
- 5.3 change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Service (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Service.
- 5.4 refuse to place any content or material provided by you onto the Website in our sole discretion and to remove any content or material from the Website once uploaded in our sole discretion.
- THIRD PARTY LINKS
In an attempt to provide increased value to our Users, we may provide links to other websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or Service on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or Service available on such external sites or resources.
- BASIS OF GAME
- 7.1 Football Global is a fantasy football game. There is no relationship with actual teams, games, dates and seasons. Any such relationship is purely coincidental. The system is run by a random number selector which is verified by the Statistical Services and Consultancy Unit at the University of Hertfordshire. For how the system works please see 'how to play'.
- 7.2 By playing the game you fully accept and agree that the random number generator software will determine the outcome of the Games.
- 7.3 Each league has been adapted to accommodate 20 teams, this has been done for timing purposes to fit in each hour, therefore in some leagues teams are missing and in others teams have been added.
- CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
The following Rules will apply to all bets accepted via our Internet site.
Instructions issued by means of a Press Announcement or by way of a notice displayed on our website are to be read as being part of these Rules.
We reserve the right to refuse the whole or any part of any bet offered to us and declare void any bet if we are not satisfied with its bona fides. Once accepted, a bet can only be altered or cancelled by mutual consent.
When entering the site it is your responsibility to check that you are playing the game 'for Real' or playing the game 'for Fun'. Football Global will not negotiate with anybody claiming to have been playing in the wrong section, all bets will stand as placed whether they win or lose.
By placing any further wagers with Football Global, the player accepts the results of any previous wager. As such (at Football Global’s discretion) the results of the previous wager are no longer in dispute and no refunds or other adjustment will be granted. If you should feel the result of any Football Global games is unfair or incorrect you should contact Football Global immediately and report the incident.
If any sums are mistakenly credited to your account, through either an error on the part of Football Global or yourself, it shall be up to you to point this out. Failure to do so will void any subsequent bets or wins enabled or caused by this error, either directly or indirectly. In such an event Football Global reserves the right to take the necessary action to ensure that both parties are returned to the same position financially as that held immediately prior to the error being made.
- MAXIMUM
The following maximum payments apply to any one customer in respect of any one day's betting, even when, by taking a price, the level of potential winnings exceeds these amounts.
50,000 units to any one person in any one day.
10,000 units on any single weeks' fixture results
10,000 units on the winner of any one league seasons results.

- SETTLEMENT OF BETS
- 11.1 In the event of a dead heat for first place in the league, the following precedence applies (in the order stated):- points, goal difference, goals for, home wins, away wins, the weakest team (the team with the highest price to win the league at the start of the season).
- 11.2 Each-way bets are accepted only on the league at 1/5th of the odds, for places 1, 2, 3. In the event of a dead heat for a 3rd place the above rule 11.1 applies.
- TIME OF ACCEPTANCE
- 12.1 In order for a wager to be valid, you must receive confirmation from us that the wager has been accepted. A confirmation message will appear on the screen. The wager will have been confirmed when it registers on your account details page.
- 12.2 Bets are not accepted for an event after a “kick of” alert. Selections on any bet accepted in error after a “kick off” slip has been processed will be treated as a non-runner for settlement purposes.
- 12.3 If for any reasons an off alert is not processed correctly, or is inadvertently or fraudulently delayed, selections affected will be treated as non-runners for settlement purposes if, at the time of acceptance, the event was resolved or at a stage where there was a clear indication of the likely outcome.
- 12.4 For events for which no “kick off” is announced, bets are acceptable up to the start time. Selections on any bet accepted in error after that time will be treated as a non runner unless the bet was accepted before the actual start time.
- INCORRECT STAKES OR INSTRUCTIONS
In all cases, bets will be settled as win bets, unless each-way is clearly specified.
- DISPLAYED PRICES
All odds are subject to variation and become fixed only at the time of bet acceptance. However, despite every effort to ensure complete accuracy, Football Global cannot be held responsible for any typing, human or palpable error. In cases where a bet has been accepted at an incorrect price, Football Global reserves the right to void the bet.
- DISPUTES
In the event of a bet giving rise to a dispute, which cannot be resolved by our personnel, it will be submitted for adjudication to the Independent Betting Arbitration Service (IBAS).
The IBAS's decision will be considered final.
- BET TYPES
Our General Rules will apply to all circumstances not covered by the following Rules.
At Football Global, we accept all of the following types of bets:
- Singles: A bet on a single selection.
- Doubles: A bet on two selections with the return from the first selection all going onto the second selection.
- Treble: A bet on three selections with the returns from each all going onto the next; if one selection is unsuccessful the bet is a loser.
- Accumulator: An accumulator has four or more selections with the returns from each selection all going onto the next one; if one selection is unsuccessful the bet is a loser.
- Lucky 15: The Lucky 15 consists of four selections making 4 Singles, 6 Doubles, 4 Trebles, 1 Fourfold Accumulator.
- Lucky 31: The Lucky 31 consists of five selections making 5 Singles, 10 Doubles, 10 Trebles, 5 Fourfolds, 1 Fivefold.
- Lucky 63: The Lucky 63 consists of six selections making 6 Singles, 15 Doubles, 20 Trebles, 15 Fourfolds, 6 Fivefolds, 1 Sixfold Accumulator.
We regret that there are no bonuses on Lucky 15/31/63.
- Patent: A Patent consists of three selections making 3 singles, 3 doubles and 1 treble.
- Trixie: A trixie consists of three selections making 3 doubles and 1 treble.
- Yankee: A Yankee consists of four selections making 6 doubles, 4 trebles and 1 fourfold accumulator.
- Canadian: The Canadian consists of five selections, making 10 doubles, 10 trebles, 5 fourfolds and 1 fivefold accumulator.
- Heinz: A Heinz consists of six selections making 15 doubles, 20 trebles, 15 fourfolds, 6 fivefolds and 1 sixfold accumulator.
- STAKES
There is a minimum unit stake of 10 units and a maximum stake 1,000 units.
- OTHER CONDITIONS
- 18.1 There is no guarantee that the Service will never be faulty. We will correct reported faults as soon as we reasonably can. If a fault occurs, you should report the fault by e-mail, telephone or in writing to Customer Support.
- 18.2 We cannot guarantee that files are free from computer viruses. It is the player's responsibility to protect their own system and have in place the ability to reinstall any data or programs lost due to a virus.
- 18.3 In exceptional circumstances it may prove necessary to temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Service at our sole discretion. We will attempt to give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable, but shall not be obliged to. We will restore the Service as soon as is possible after suspension. We shall not be liable to you for any loss that you may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.
- 18.4 If anyone makes or threatens to make any claim or issue legal proceedings against you relating to your use of the Content or the Service, you must advise us immediately and you will, at our request, immediately stop the act or acts complained of. You must confirm the details of the claim(s) in writing if we request you to do so.
- 18.5 Promotional amounts when credited to accounts are to be used solely to make wagers. They are not available to be withdrawn and we reserve the right to reclaim them if the system is abused or you do not use them to play the games during the promotional period.
- 18.6 We accept no liability for failure of the system because of something beyond our reasonable control, technical failure, lightning, flood, or exceptionally severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war (whether declared or not), or operations, natural or local emergency, any action by government or other competent authority or industrial dispute of any kind (including those involving our employees).
- 18.7 These Rules and Regulations constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties. If there is a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English language version is correct.
- 18.8 You agree that football1X2 is the sole owner of all rights to technology, software and business systems utilized in this website and that your use of this website (and registration thereon) confers no rights whatsoever to intellectual property contained or utilized therein. Use or publication by you of any item displayed on this website is strictly prohibited.
